What the contact form collects

Your name, your email address, your business name, how you heard about KiwiReach, which service you're interested in, and whatever you write in the message field. Nothing else.

Why it's collected

To respond to your enquiry. If that enquiry becomes an engagement, the same details are used to deliver the work.

Google Analytics and reCAPTCHA

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how people use it. It also uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to keep spam out of the contact form. reCAPTCHA runs in the background on every page, not only when you submit the form.

Both are Google services. Google's privacy policy and terms of service apply to what they collect.

Email delivery

Enquiry emails are delivered through Resend, a third-party email service. Resend processes the message so it reaches the KiwiReach inbox.

Sharing and selling

Your information is never sold. It is not shared with anyone except the service providers needed to run this business — the ones described above.

How long it's kept

Enquiry details are kept while there's a live conversation, and for up to two years after the last contact. If you become a client, records are kept for as long as the working relationship requires.

Seeing and correcting your information

Under the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to ask for a copy of the information held about you, and to ask for it to be corrected. Email contact@kiwireach.co.nz and it will be done.
